Yes, it is completely free to join the Referwo platform as an influencer or content creator. However, please note that we charge a 15% platform fee on earnings from the affiliate program and paid collaborations. This fee helps maintain the platform and supports your collaboration efforts.

Yes, the Referwo platform oversees all transactions related to collaborations between brands and influencers. This includes managing payments, ensuring that influencers receive their earnings, and providing a secure environment for both parties to conduct business. By handling these transactions, Referwo helps streamline the collaboration process and ensures that all parties are protected.

To receive payments on the Referwo platform, you will need to upload your bank details to our Stripe account, which is a secure third-party payment processor.

For affiliate commissions, it could take up to 30 days for the brand to confirm the transaction, during which time the brand can void any returns or refunds. If no returns or refunds are initiated, the transaction will be automatically approved by the system, and the commission will be distributed to you, less a 15% platform fee.

For paid collaborations, once the brand approves your content and finalises the payment, the payment will be reflected in your account balance for withdrawal, also less the 15% platform fee. In both cases, you need to have a minimum account balance of AUD 30 to be eligible for withdrawal, and you can make up to four withdrawals per month.

All commissions are managed directly through the platform, which debits the brand’s credit card every 7 days for the commissions accrued. These funds are held for up to 30 days to account for potential transaction disputes such as refunds or fraud. If no issues arise within this period, the transaction is automatically approved, and the platform then disburses the commissions to the respective influencers.

For brands, there are no supplementary charges beyond the subscription fee. Moreover, there is no tie-in; you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time.

To determine the pricing or value for free samples or gift vouchers provided to partnered influencers, consider the following:

Minimum Value: For optimal influencer engagement, gift vouchers or free samples should be valued at a minimum of $80, with free shipping included.

Product Package Value: A product package valued between $80 and $100 typically corresponds to content creation in the form of one video and one static post.

Yes, connecting a credit card is mandatory for all brands on our platform. This facilitates the management of commission payouts and other services. For brands with a Shopify store, subscription fees are deducted through your Shopify account, but your credit card is still required to process commissions paid to influencers. For brands without a Shopify store, both subscription fees and influencer commissions are directly debited from your credit card.

Yes, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier anytime according to your evolving needs and campaign requirements.
