Quick answer: The main Hashgifted alternatives for Australian brands in 2026 are Referwo, Social Cat, Shopify Collabs, Modash, TRIBE and Influee. Hashgifted (#gifted) is built for product gifting, from A$149 a month. If you also want affiliate sales tracked to each creator, Referwo starts at US$69 a month with a 14-day free trial. Prices checked 28 October 2026.
Hashgifted, which now trades as #gifted, is an Australian platform where brands post gifting campaigns and creators apply through an app. It suits brands that want product-for-content swaps, with content licensing on its Pro and Pro+ plans. Brands usually look for a Hashgifted alternative for one of three reasons: they want sales tracked per creator, they want affiliate or paid campaigns as well as gifting, or they want a lower entry price.
This guide compares six alternatives on what matters to a small or growing ecommerce brand: campaign types, sales tracking, entry price, free trial and limits. We run Referwo, so we have a side in this. We checked each company’s own pricing page on 28 October 2026. Where a price is not published, we say so.
Key facts
- #gifted plans start at A$149 a month (Grow) and A$349 a month (Pro), with a 7-day free trial (#gifted pricing page, October 2026).
- Referwo plans start at US$69 a month, with a 14-day free trial on Basic and Standard (Referwo pricing page, October 2026).
- 45.9% of survey respondents use promo or discount codes to measure influencer results (Influencer Marketing Hub, 2026).
- Hannah & Henry ran a gifted-only campaign with 119 creators on Referwo and tracked $44,000+ in sales at 5.2x ROAS (Referwo case study).

Why do Australian brands look for Hashgifted alternatives?
Australian brands look for Hashgifted alternatives when gifting alone no longer covers what they need. #gifted is strong at product-for-content swaps. Its pricing page lists content capture, licensing and post performance (reach, engagement, likes), but does not list affiliate commissions or sales tracking per creator. Brands that want to see which creator drove which sale often add or switch platforms.
The #gifted platform does plenty well, and its plans are easy to read. Its pricing page, checked on 28 October 2026, lists:
- Grow at A$149 a month: 3 campaigns a month, up to 90 creator matches per campaign and up to 30 creators gifted per campaign, no content licensing.
- Pro at A$349 a month: unlimited campaigns and creators, content licensing and paid usage rights, and an AI campaign manager.
- Pro+ at A$449 a month: everything in Pro for multi-brand businesses and agencies, plus A$100 a month for each extra brand.
- A 7-day free trial, no contract and cancel anytime.
- Yearly billing that saves two months’ fees.
The company also says brands get exposure to over 5,000 influencers, and it gifts straight from a Shopify catalogue.
The common reasons brands compare other options are:
- Sales tracking: they want a unique code or link for each creator, so purchases made with that code can be credited to that creator.
- Campaign types: they want to run affiliate (commission) and paid campaigns, not only gifting.
- Entry price: they want to start below A$149 a month while testing.
- Trial length: they want more than 7 days to see creators apply and post.
If sales tracking is your main reason for switching, compare how each platform credits sales to creators first. According to Influencer Marketing Hub’s Benchmark Report 2026, 45.9% of survey respondents use promo or discount codes to measure influencer results, and 26.0% use affiliate links. Check whether a platform gives each creator their own code or tracked link, and how it reports the sales.
What should you compare before you switch from Hashgifted?
Compare seven things before you switch: which campaign types you can run, how sales are tracked, where the creators are, the entry price, the trial length, the monthly limits and who owns the content. A cheap plan stops being cheap once a monthly cap on creators or campaigns pushes you to upgrade. Write down how many creators you gift each month now and check every plan against that number.
| What to check | Why it matters | Question to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign types | Different campaign types suit different content and sales goals | Can I run gifted, affiliate and paid campaigns in one place? |
| Sales tracking | Without it you cannot see which creator drove a sale | Does every creator get a unique code or link that tracks sales? |
| Creator location | Your buyers are in Australia | Where are most of the platform’s creators and their followers based? |
| Entry price | Your first months are a test | What is the cheapest plan, and in which currency? |
| Free trial | You need time for creators to apply and post | How long is the trial, and is a card needed? |
| Monthly limits | Caps decide when you must upgrade | How many campaigns and creators per month? |
| Content rights | You may want to reuse posts in ads | Are usage rights included, or extra? |
Content usage rights: permission from a creator for a brand to reuse the creator’s post in its own channels, such as ads, email or the website. Check whether a plan includes them and for how long.

The second table shows what each pricing page or app listing says about campaign types and sales tracking. “Not listed” means the page did not mention it on 28 October 2026, not that the feature is missing, so ask the company directly.

Which Hashgifted alternatives are worth a look?
Six alternatives are worth a look, and each fits a different kind of brand. Referwo suits ecommerce brands that want gifting and tracked affiliate sales together. Social Cat suits small brands running a few collaborations a month. Shopify Collabs suits Shopify brands that want a free-to-install affiliate app. Modash suits teams that do their own outreach, TRIBE suits brands that want support or a managed program, and Influee suits brands that pay for UGC videos.
1. Referwo: gifting plus tracked affiliate sales
Referwo is an influencer marketing platform for ecommerce brands, where creators apply to the brand’s campaigns instead of the brand chasing them. You can run gifted, affiliate and paid campaigns from one account. Every creator gets a unique promo code on every plan and earns a commission on every purchase made with it, at a rate the brand sets. Commissions are confirmed once returns and refunds are checked.
- Price: Basic US$69 a month (3 active campaigns, 15 creator approvals a month) and Standard US$99 a month (9 active campaigns, 50 approvals a month). Both have a 14-day free trial and no lock-in contract. A card is needed to start the trial, and nothing is charged until it ends. Premium is US$399 a month, run by Referwo’s team, and starts with a demo call.
- Creators: 2,500+ vetted influencers across Australia, New Zealand and the US.
- Gifting: approved creators order their free product from your store with a single-use code. Shopify and WooCommerce connect directly.
- Costs beyond the plan: brands pay no commission to Referwo on influencer sales. On top of the plan, brands cover their own product and delivery costs for gifts, plus any commissions or paid fees they set for their campaigns. Creators pay Referwo a 15% platform fee on what they earn.
- Content rights: brands request content usage rights when they set up a campaign, so creators know before they apply how the content may be reused.
Pro: gifting and affiliate sit together, so a creator who loves your gift can move straight onto a tracked commission code. Con: creator approvals are capped each month on Basic and Standard, so busy brands may need Standard or Premium.
Hannah & Henry shows how gifting and tracking work together. The brand ran a gifted-only campaign with 119 creators and recorded $44,000+ in sales at 5.2x ROAS. See the full Hannah & Henry gifted campaign case study. Results like these are past campaigns, not a promise.
Want to see creators apply to your brand? Post a gifted or affiliate campaign on Referwo and approve only the creators who fit. Compare the Basic and Standard plans, both with a 14-day free trial.
2. Social Cat: small, budget-friendly collaborations
Social Cat is a UK-based platform for gifted and paid collaborations with micro-influencers on Instagram and TikTok. Its pricing page lists the Essentials plan at $99 a month for up to 5 creator collaborations a month and one campaign. Performance costs $199 a month for 15 collaborations, and Pro costs $299 a month for 30.
Pro: content usage rights are included on every plan. Con: the monthly collaboration caps are low if you want to gift dozens of creators.
3. Shopify Collabs: a free-to-install affiliate app for Shopify stores
Shopify Collabs is Shopify’s own app for affiliate and creator programs. The Shopify App Store lists it as free to install, with a note that additional charges may apply. Brands can recruit creators through an application page, send gifts, give each creator a link or code and pay commissions automatically.
Pro: it is built into Shopify, so orders and attribution sit in the same system as your store. Con: it only works for Shopify stores. Our guide to Shopify Collabs vs Referwo goes deeper on when each fits.
4. Modash: creator search for hands-on teams
Modash is a creator discovery and management platform with a large searchable database. Its pricing page lists Essentials at $199 a month billed yearly, or $100 a month more on monthly billing. Performance is $499 a month billed yearly, and adds payments and affiliate management. The free trial runs 14 days with no card.
Pro: strong search and audience data, with published prices. Con: Modash is built around searching for creators, so plan on doing the outreach yourself.
5. TRIBE: campaign support and managed options
TRIBE is a creator marketing platform with a platform plan, where your team runs campaigns with TRIBE’s support, and a fully managed service called TRIBE Plus. Its pricing page lists a pay-per-use activation fee per campaign or an annual fee, each plus platform margins. The page does not publish dollar amounts. Our TRIBE alternatives guide compares it in more depth.
Pro: you can run a single campaign before committing to a year. Con: without published prices, you need a sales conversation to know the cost.
6. Influee: paid UGC videos
Influee is a UGC platform where brands pay creators to make short videos. Its pricing page lists Starter at $229 a month for up to 10 creator collaborations, plus a 10% fee on creator payments. The page says there is no free trial. If you publish your first campaign and do not start a collaboration with any creator, Influee refunds the subscription fee.
Pro: good for brands that want a steady supply of ad-ready videos. Con: creator payments are on top of the subscription. Product-for-content swaps are possible, but Influee’s page notes that fewer creators take them, because most UGC is paid.

Which Hashgifted alternative is right for your brand?
The right Hashgifted alternative depends on what you want from creators. If you want content only, staying with #gifted or trying Social Cat makes sense. If you want sales tracked to each creator, choose a platform with a unique code per creator, such as Referwo or Shopify Collabs. If you want someone else to run it, look at managed options like Referwo Premium or TRIBE Plus.
Use this quick guide:
- You gift products for content and want to reuse it in ads: #gifted Pro or Social Cat.
- You want gifting and tracked affiliate sales in one place: Referwo Basic or Standard.
- You run Shopify and only need an affiliate app: Shopify Collabs.
- You have a team to do outreach: Modash.
- You want your campaigns run for you: Referwo Premium or TRIBE Plus.
- You pay creators for UGC videos: Influee.

How do you switch from Hashgifted without losing momentum?
Switch in five steps: save your content, list your best creators, set up the new platform, invite those creators first, then run a small test campaign. Keep both platforms running for one billing month while active collaborations finish.
- Save your content. Download the posts and videos you have rights to use, and note when each licence ends.
- List your best creators. Pick the ones who posted on time, on brief and got real comments.
- Set up the new platform. Connect your store and create a gifted campaign with a clear brief.
- Invite your best creators first. Tell them where to apply, and offer a commission code so they can earn on repeat sales.
- Run a small test. Gift 10 to 15 new creators, track sales by code for 30 days, then decide what to scale.
If the move goes well, your best creators keep posting and new ones join them. Over time those creators become a community around your brand: the ones who love your product come back, post again and bring their followers with them. Every sale through their codes stays tracked.
